I would like to start to tell you that my husband & I purchased the Chanson water machine due to him being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 12-2010. This is our one year anniversary owning a Chanson VS-70 Water Ionizer and I have to say that I am very pleased with the performance of this machine. It is very easy to operate and is very consistent on water quality. The instillation of the Ionizer was simple and straight forward. We watched the installation video first, then read over the manual before installing the machine and both were very easy to follow. Everything that we needed was included in the package and we did not encounter any problems installing the machine.

After a few days of using the ionizer, I called costumer service with a few question about the Ionizer. They answered immediately and had a technician call me back to answer my questions. He was very professional and helpful and was able to successfully walk me through the setup of the computer and make sure that it was programmed correctly. I was very impressed with the service and pleased with the outcome!!

Now that a year has passed, I can see a profound difference in my family's health and well being. We researched ionizers for 6 mos prior to purchasing your Miracle unit 3 years ago. We bought the H3 filter and accessories with it. Wanted to let you know that I have been using 2.5 pH water for wound care, and 9.0 – 9.5 for drinking and cooking. I have an autoimmune disorder that has created an ulcer on my calf and it won’t heal. I’ve seen wonderful results in just a few weeks using 2.5 water. Giving the 9.0 water to our dog. “After purchasing our water purifier five months ago, I have been drinking 3 to 4 liters daily. “On a recent trip to Switzerland I was anxious to try a new pair of barefoot running shoes in the hills of Montreux. My first day there I hit it hard and within 10 minutes of running I felt a pop in my calf and the pain was extreme, I could not put any weight on the left foot. Within 10 minutes a black and blue mark about the size of an egg appeared on my calf leading me to believe there was some internal bleeding.
Since I was about to start a 3 day event which would have me on my feet about 14 hours a day this was a huge problem. Because we have seen Chanson strong alkaline ionized water help with other people’s pain issues, I decided to try my own advice about using the alkaline washcloth for sprains. I made some Chanson strong alkaline water about 11ph and soaked a small towel in the water for a minute. Then I took the towel and laid it soaking wet on my calf on the injury, I left it there for about 45 minutes pouring more water on the towel each 15 minutes to keep it soaking wet.

I went to bed and upon waking I was shocked to see the black and blue completely gone with only a small red mark, I was able to stand with no pain!!

Because I wanted to see if I could go running, I immediately made a new towel and put it on my calf for another 30 minutes, when I removed it and walked around the room I had no pain at all. I began to jump and bounce around and no pain, I felt so good I went for a slow jog for about 2 miles. The next day and thereafter I ran each morning; I did not attempt any hills out of fear of re-injury but was shocked I was able to run.

As an ex marine and avid athlete, I have had many similar injuries over the years, this injury should have taken at least 2 weeks to heal, I will also mention that I was drinking a large amount of ionized water for the few days prior to my trip so I have no doubt the drinking water helped the healing as well.

The ileocecal mass was removed through Exploratory Laparotomy, Hemicolectomy End to End Anastomosis and confirmed to be malignant Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma with CD20 positive.

“I have been suffering with hypoglycemia and weak liver and inefficient kidney functions since I was a teenager. I suffered from bulimia and anorexia for several years and I messed up my organs. Thank you for all your help and support. Your machines have made a world of difference in my health. Even my 97 year old mom is benefiting greatly. I will say this- you have to go real slow with old folks and even then you have to watch for changes and make adjustments. My mom’s kidneys were so weak and the filters so clogged that even 1/30th of a capsule of any vitamin (herbal or mineral) would cause her to get up 5-6 times after going to be bed to go to the bathroom. It has been 3-4 years since I have given her anything at all in the form of supplements.

The kidneys are a tough organ- the liver can regenerate but if the kidney gets backed up against the wall it can be tough going. In March 2012, I purchased a Chanson VS-70 Water Ionizer. I have been interested in getting a water ionizer for over 18 months prior to this but didn’t want to spend this kind of money. The following events pushed me to buying an ionizer:

1. In February, my eye doctor told me I had the early signs of cataracts. We have a history of cataracts in my family.
2. One week before I purchase this ionizer, my dentist said I had 2 serious cavities. He said that one of them need to be treated within 6 weeks or I would get a serious tooth ache, would need a root canal and would lose my tooth. Ronnie, we began using a Chanson ionizer in March of 2010, for all of our cooking, and drinking water needs. We immediately noticed a better taste to the water due to the 3 stage pre filter, and ionizer combination after installation. We have been using ionized water ever since then.
